30-Day Replacement Warranty (Bags Only)

At Denzo, we are committed to delivering bags that meet high standards of quality and craftsmanship. To ensure a confident shopping experience, we offer a 30-Day Replacement Warranty on all bags.

If you receive a bag that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you may request a replacement within 30 days from the date of delivery. Once the issue is verified by our support team, a replacement of the same bag will be arranged at no additional cost.

Eligible Cases for Replacement

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Bag damaged during transit

Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or external factors

  • Requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date

  • Accessories or non-bag products

Replacement Request Process

  1. Contact our support team with your Order ID.

  2. Provide clear images or videos showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review the request within 24–48 business hours.

  4. Once approved, a replacement shipment will be initiated.
